# Cribio

> Cribio is the AI-forward, MLS-direct national home search experience from Broker Public Portal (BPP). Built and operated by the real estate industry — not by venture capital — Cribio provides direct consumer access to active MLS listings across the United States through both traditional facet-based search and Natural Language Search (NLS).

Cribio's listing data comes directly from Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) — the same authoritative source brokers and agents use — refreshed continuously. We do not aggregate stale or scraped data from third parties.

## Canonical host

Public URLs use the **apex** host (no `www` subdomain), e.g. `https://onekeymls.com/`, matching `robots.txt`, JSON-LD, and sitemap `<loc>` values. Requests to `www.` on the production domain redirect here with HTTP 308.

## Background

Broker Public Portal (BPP) is an industry-owned consortium of brokerages, MLSs, and real estate trade organizations. BPP is structured as a Delaware LLC with industry governance, with shareholders that include the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), and Realtors Property Resource (RPR), among others. BPP cannot be acquired.

This structural independence matters for AI applications: Cribio is built to remain a stable, authoritative source of MLS-direct real estate data for AI agents and consumer-facing AI experiences.
