This rectangular parcel is close to the top of Knickerbocker Road in Livingston Manor. It is wooded property with potential for a view of the Willowemoc River valley. There are many maintained access spots for fishing in the river. The property is filled with the multiple of Catskill wild life: deer, bear, porcupine, squirrel, raccoon, coyote, along with some fisher cat. There is an entrance to the Catskill State Park just a few miles away. Route 17 to Exit 96. Turn left onto Debruce Road. Continue for approximately 7 miles to Knickerbocker Road on the left. Continue up Knickerbocker until you see the sign for the ROW on the right.
