A/O This was fifty plus acres of wild, rugged un-tamed land in a very rural part of the Town of Esopus. That acreage was in three pieces but a lot line change has now made it into two pieces of 10.03 acres and 41.5 acres. Classic Esopus land full of character like rock outcrops and federal wetland pockets. Wonderful mix of white pine and hardwood trees. This is the 10 acre listing and my sign is right where the driveway would go in. Walk in due south to explore this lot and you'll see several building sites well off the town road. This lot is about 450' wide and 972' deep. The 50 plus acres was assessed at 172,800 and school tax was 3,834 and general tax was 1,846. Both lots will be re-assessed now and taxes are to be determined. Spend some time and explore this lot. Building site will likely be well off the road like the home to the right of this lot is. Sketch plan map was for the whole 50 plus acres.
From Kingston head south on Rt 32. Pass thru Rosendale and make left on Rt 213 then right on Cow Hough. Make quick left on Dashville and follow to end. Make left on Old Post then right on Hardenburgh. Look for the signs on the right across from #172.
