That's part of the delight of this house. That half level goes up another half level to the top floor where you'll find the two largest bedrooms and another full bath with 9-foot ceilings. It's unusual for a English Tudor Cottage to be this bright and airy but the high ceilings and generous windows make it so. You would think on a half acre it would be more exposed but the landscaping gives it estate-like privacy that compliments this Balmville Road gem.
