A grand stone fireplace in the living room anchors the first floor, while the large screened porch brings the outside in. The second floor is where you'll find three bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a work from home space, and the shared bathroom. The guesthouse was built in 2009, with posts and beams from a barn that was taken down in Pennsylvania.
